Adventure: an unusual and exciting or daring experience

Day 8: Go out play, enjoy, and come back and write about what you did. Also, write about how you can make such adventures part of your new lifestyle

This week has been a bit intense, a lot of things to do, so I didn’t have much time to play but I managed to squeeze in one thing I wanted to do this week. I visited the London Design Biennale 2016 at the Somerset House and if you are around London I would definitely recommend it.

I love exhibitions and design and spending a couple of hours in one of my most favourite places in London, the Somerset House, is always fun. This year’s theme was Utopia by Design, where each of the participant country had to define, describe, design their utopia. The most interesting thing for me was to see how differently each country would decide to translate this ‘Utopia’ and how they would manage to represent it in a tangible and visible way.

My favourite 3 exhibits were UK’s ‘Forecast’, Turkey’s ‘The Wish Machine’ and Japan’s ‘A Journey Around the Neighbourhood Globe’.

And, that was my adventure for this week. I think it is very important to allow ourselves to play, to relax and do things that we enjoy. Everyone deserves this. I think it is easy to find some time, even just a few minutes in your day or week to do something for you. Just think of your week and allow you sometime for fun.

And that is my day 8 challenge post.

Feel free to share and comment.
